Cooling tank
Essential for the quality of the extruded product.
Temperature-regulated cooling tank (cooling only)
The tank is temperature-regulated through a closed circuit with a 0.55 kW pump and a stainless steel plate heat exchanger.
A temperature controller manages the inlet solenoid valve on the plate heat exchanger for temperature regulation in cooling-only mode.
All tank temperature is controlled by the extruder panel, when integrated into our lines, or by a separate panel.
Temperature-regulated cooling tank (hot/cold)
In addition to the cooling-only version, the tank is equipped with two 5 kW immersion heaters for heating. In this version, the tank is always supplied with insulation.

Pelletizers
TSA granulation systems are produced in two versions:
- Single-motor
- Twin-motor
Both feature a sturdy powder-coated iron frame (RAL 6018).
The motors, cutting blades, and accessory components are sized based on the models and production requirements.

UT40 – 14-tooth blade with ø 80 mm and a width of 40 mm (only single-motor model available)
UT60 – 10- or 30-tooth blade with ø 130 mm and a width of 69 mm
UT120 – 50-tooth blade with ø 200 mm and a width of 120 mm
They are all equipped with a rubber-coated upper feed roller and a knurled stainless steel lower roller.
The speed controls are integrated into the control panel of the cutting unit.
If purchased together with the extrusion line, it’s possible to integrate the power supply into the extruder main cabinet and the controls into its touch screen panel.
Strand dryers
TSA strand drying system is mounted on four swivel casters, two of which have brakes.
Integrated into the on-board electrical panel:
- Main power selector
- On/off selector
- Suction power regulator
All main indicators are extremely intuitive:
- Power on – white light
- Machine operating – blue light
- Alarm signals – red light
Operation of the tsa strand dryer
The water sucked in during operation first passes into the separation box and then is expelled through a membrane pump, with PE tubing and using a cartridge filter, into the extrusion line’s cooling tank.
The separation box contains three level sensors for monitoring.
The system is soundproofed with 50 mm thick padded panels.
