Cooling belts
In polyurethane or stainless steel
TSA cooling belts, made of polyurethane or stainless steel, are mounted on a powder-coated iron frame (RAL 6018) and have four swivel wheels.

Lengths: 2 m, 3 m, and 4 m
TSA cooling belts are also available in fully custom versions, following a feasibility analysis.
Characteristics
Four electric fans to facilitate the extruded strands cooling (2 at the top and 2 at the bottom of the belt).
They are controlled by the electrical panel installed on the side of the frame.
Integration with our extrusion lines is possible.
N.B. The customer is responsible for connecting an adequate flow of cold water to ensure the guide rollers cooling.
