Since 1996, with the launch of the first 21 mm diameter extruder, to today, with a complete and customizable range of solutions (extruder diameters from 15 to 80 mm and complete extrusion lines), TSA Industriale has continued to innovate, offering safe, high-performance, and energy-efficient technologies.

At the Luisago production site, a modern and well-equipped technological laboratory is available to customers who wish to conduct test.
Following tests conducted on specific materials, each line is configured specifically.
The extruded material is carefully inspected to ensure consistent quality.
Testing and technical training
Our technicians will support you through every phase of testing (mechanical, electrical, and functional) and provide comprehensive operational training for the best management and optimization of the machine.
Testing and training are usually conducted at our headquarters in Italy, but can also be carried out at the plant’s final destination upon request.
Spare parts warehouse
With a spare parts warehouse stocked with all major consumables, we can deliver quickly, minimizing downtime and supporting you with logistical and administrative procedures.
Remote technical assistance
